At Fishing Kayaks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel or gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
